FAQ: Unable to Access GOLFBUDDY GB Manager

Q. I cannot access GB Manager. What should I do?

A. Please follow the steps below in order:

1.       Make sure the product has sufficient battery power before connecting it to your PC.

2.       Verify that you have installed the correct version of GB Manager for your PC.

3.       Use the USB cable included with your product.

Ÿ   Using a different USB cable may only provide charging and prevent the product from connecting to GB Manager.

4.       Log in to GB Manager, then connect the product to your PC and turn it on.

5.       If the product is not recognized, leave the product powered on and restart your PC.

6.       After your PC restarts, launch GB Manager again.

7.       If the product is still not recognized, turn the product off and then back on.

8.       If the issue persists, disconnect the USB cable and reconnect it.

 

Q. What should I do if the issue is not resolved?

A. Check whether the device appears in your PC's list of connected drives.

If the device is not detected or the issue continues after following the steps above, please contact the GOLFBUDDY Customer Support Center for further assistance.
